It's Almost Over!
Two finals down, one more to go! I am handing in my Economics final at 2:30 today and then I have my Geography test tomorrow and then it's my winter break! I can't wait, its so close to ending! I got a phone call the other day from West Essex Middle School because that is where I will be observing next semester. I am so excited to be back there, I loved it this semester. The teachers are great and make me feel so comfortable. I would love to teach there one day. It has a nice feeling and the students seem to enjoy learning from the teachers. I hope that I can be as great of a teacher one day as they are.

LAST DAY OF CLASSES!
Today is the last day of classes! I am so excited that classes are over. The semester was extremely stressful. Today, I presented my first lesson plan and I think and (hope) I did a good job. I was a little nervous but as soon as I started, I really enjoyed it. My family got some good news yesterday when my stepdad came home from the hospital. Finally, a sigh of relief. He looked really tired but was happy to be home and in better health.
Stress will consume my life this weekend, starting as soon as I get home from school today. I need to study for American Government, ED 348 (which is now a cumulative final), and Geography. I know that by the time Monday rolls around, I will have done all the studying I could possibly do. I feel that I need to tackle the subjects one at a time and not get flustered because there is a lot of material to study. Winter break means that my best friend comes home from college. We have been in the same school and the same class since the first grade. When we decided to go to different colleges, it was a very different experience. Not only did I not see her as much, but I missed having class with her. She is more like a sister than my best friend. She finishes the semester a week after us so I am anxiously awaiting the end of the semester. As soon as she comes home we are going to have a sleepover, go shopping, and go on a few adventures to the city. I am so excited but I need to focus on school so I can have six weeks of relaxation.

The end is in sight!
This is the last week of classes! I am so ready for the semester to be over! With all of the papers and presentations going on this week, I am going insane. I am so stressed out. I have already started studying for finals and I hope I can ace them. I have my demonstration lesson on Thursday and after seeing the other people in my class go today, I feel confident that I will do a good job. I am really excited to do my lesson. It doesn't even feel like December today because it is so warm outside. I love when the weather is cool and when it is snowy out. I love snow, even though I am always cold. I am super excited for the Christmas season.

Finally the weekend!
Finally it's the weekend! The weather is gorgeous although it is a little cold. This weekend I have to prepare for finals studying and prepare my lesson to be presented on Thursday. I am a little nervous to present my lesson because it will be the first time that I will be doing a presentation. Although I am nervous, I am confident that my lesson will go smoothly. Other students in my class are going on Tuesday, so I know exactly what I will need to do for Thursday. On Saturday, my sister and I are throwing my mom a surprise birthday party in the city! It is also my dad and aunt's birthday so my mom has no idea that we will be throwing her a surprise party. I hope my mom likes it!
The end of the semester is coming so fast! I can not wait for it to be over because I am mentally checked out for the rest of the semester. I need to put in my all for finals and then I have six weeks to relax. Christmas break can not come soon enough.

Thanksgiving Break!
Wow, what a week! On Wednesday, I had my American Government class. I fixed my paper and my professor really liked it. I was so relieved my professor liked it and appreciated all the hard work and effort I put into revising my paper. When I went home on Wednesday, my mom told me that my stepdad was going to be admitted to the hospital because he was having trouble breathing. The doctors said he had a blood infection because of his diabetes. Now it is all under control and he is supposed to be coming home sometime this week. I am happy that he is feeling better. I had a Geography test yesterday that was really hard so I hope I did well. There are only two weeks left of the semester and a week of finals and I can't wait until this semester is over!

So Many Problems!
I have had a rough week. Not only was registration a hassle, but my Political Science professor gave my class back our rough drafts and after we all received them, he explained how he wanted to do the paper. I was extremely frustrated that I was not told this information prior to working hard on the paper. It required a lot of time, effort and research. Now, I have to redo all of my research and submit a rough draft to my professor again to make sure that this is what he is looking for. I just wish I would have known what he wanted for the paper prior to writing it. I just learned that my ED 447 class will be canceled on Tuesday! I am happy because I can use this time to finish my webquest and study for my Economics test. I can not wait for Thanksgiving on Thursday, I really need a break. Plus, my best friend is coming home from school on Wednesday night so I am really excited to see her. Friday is black Friday and I am so excited to go shopping! It is my favorite time of the year! I love shopping for sales.

Registration!
Registration is the most stressful time of the semester! I woke up at 6 a.m. to be at the library to make sure I had a computer for 8:30 to register. As I started to register, things were going well. Then, disaster struck. I was not able to register for my ED 448 class because I did not take the prerequisite which I am also taking with that class. I was extremely upset. I went to the Education department and talked to the person in charge. She helped me by signing me into the class. This was a huge relief but I am extremely stressed from the whole experience. I have to do 100 hours of observation next semester and it is freakin me out! I only have four classes, so it shouldn't be too bad. I have Fridays off which is also a bonus so I could do additional observation hours if necessary.
